Caring for People
The environment we operate in is equally important to us.
We support individuals at risk of social exclusion and take care of the areas surrounding our breweries. Our priorities include the well-being of our communities and helping those in need. We provide financial support for both local and nationwide causes, encouraging our employees to engage in social activities. We assist non-governmental organizations dedicated to social initiatives, especially those aiding people in challenging life circumstances.
Kompania of Volunteers
Kompania of Volunteers, our employee volunteering programme, was created thanks to and for volunteers who, out of the kindness of their hearts, want to make the world a better place by helping people and caring for the planet.
Every employee at our company is entitled to two fully paid days off, which they can dedicate to volunteering activities.
These days can be used for:

Supporting initiatives aimed at improving the situation of groups particularly vulnerable to social exclusion and those struggling financially,

Engaging in activities that enhance the cleanliness and condition of the natural environment, as well as promoting circularity in the use of resources and materials,
-
Assisting victims of extraordinary events such as disasters, natural calamities, humanitarian crises or armed conflicts.
Our volunteers dedicate their time, skills and effort, with Kompania Piwowarska covering the costs of organizing their volunteering activities. We place great importance not only on creating opportunities for employees to pursue personal growth but also on fostering their integration and teamwork – our volunteering program serves these purposes as well.
