Sales Reps operate in various locations – from small stores to large supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cultural and sports events, and even in the online world. They are relationship builders, fostering trust and ensuring the availability of our products at every location. They take care of merchandising, thus enhancing the unique image of Kompania Piwowarska’s brands. They continuously monitor the market and competitors' activities, enabling strategic decision-making.
AREA SALES MANAGER
Area Sales Managers are responsible for the effective organization of work, motivation and development of the Sales Rep team. They plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies across various channels – Traditional, Modern, and Off Trade. Supply Chain Jobs
At Kompania Piwowarska, we comprehensively manage our supply chain, encompassing the flow of raw materials, materials, finished products and returnable packaging. Our activities include planning, warehousing, sorting, distribution, transport and efficient communication between various departments/areas within the Supply Chain.
In the years 2015-2022, we managed to reduce our transport related CO2 emissions by 15.3%.
We are present in Białystok, Poznań, Tychy and Swarzędz, delivering 99% of beer to the domestic market. Additionally, 5% of our production goes to foreign markets, with only 1% coming from imports from the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Italy.

The forecasts provided by the Demand Planning department are the foundation of logistics planning. This source of information is essential for creating the material supply plan, production plan and schedule, as well as the distribution plan for manufactured products.
Demand Planning answers the following questions:

The plan is developed based on sales and market data, requiring the analysis of various information related to sales and market conditions (e.g., current promotions, price changes).
The Strategic Planning Department is responsible for improving operational efficiency and project management across the Supply Chain. It consists of three teams:

Supply Chain Analysis and Optimization Team
Advanced analyses and initiatives are conducted here to increase efficiency and optimize Supply Chain processes.

Commercial Planning Team
This team is responsible for launching new products, organizing marketing campaigns, and managing stocks of promotional materials, including standard ones.

Project and Materials Planning Team
This team tracks the circulation of returnable packaging within Kompania Piwowarska, both in the domestic and international markets. They are responsible for the procurement, sorting and exchange of returnable packaging, also in the context of competition.
The Operational Planning department handles operations related to short-term planning, distribution, export, import and logistics of raw material supplies, packaging, and spare parts. It consists of the following teams:

Responsible for creating production plans in the breweries to meet the sales targets and maintain adequate beer inventory, following the applicable production standards.

Secures ready product inventory for domestic and international customers, manages beer aging, and ensures packaging availability according to production plans.

Responsible for managing ready product inventory for export customers and imported beers, handling export and import orders, and coordinating new export and logistics solutions.

Responsible for the logistics of raw material, packaging and spare parts deliveries, and supporting procurement processes in the technical field.
The Transport and Distribution Planning department is responsible for ensuring that our beer reaches consumers. Thanks to them, you can find our beers on store shelves.

The team develops transport plans, manages transportation service providers, and oversees the dedicated fleet.

Customer Service and Logistics
The team optimizes costs and processes in collaboration with customers, enhancing Supply Chain efficiency.
The Supply Chain Operations function focuses on warehouse logistics, including activities related to storage, ensuring the continuity of warehouse processes (loading, unloading, handling of filling lines etc.), order picking, warehouse process optimization, and organizing work in the warehouse premises. Warehousing also involves the responsibility for storing and arranging beer, packaging and special materials such as labels, foils, and promotional materials. As part of the Supply Chain Operations function, the Warehouse Development department is responsible for creating and optimizing tools used in the warehouse, continuous improvement of warehouse processes and data analysis.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR
We are looking for Forklift Operators responsible for loading and unloading trucks with the use of Linde forklifts, delivering packaging and auxiliary materials to bottling lines, arranging products and packaging in the warehouse, and collecting finished products from production lines. Forklift Operators are offered direct employment at Kompania Piwowarska on a shift basis, shift allowances, annual bonuses, and an attractive benefits package. ANALYST
Preparation of reports (cyclical activities), building analytical tools, optimizing reports and reporting tools, data compliance analysis, participation in projects.
CLERK
Preparation of papers and information necessary for fleet/transport documents, delivery vehicles, issuing documents for beer/packaging receipts, recording beer/packaging receipts/issues in the SAP system, recording returns of beer from the market and complaints, supporting forklift operators in the quantitative control of loading/unloading of finished products/packaging, executing tasks according to the applicable standards for warehouse operations, and other duties.
PLANNER
Depending on the department, the planner can be responsible for demand planning, scheduling bottling, production and inventory in the short and long term, ensuring the availability of finished goods and packaging, planning distribution and transport, coordinating the implementation of new products, planning customer activities and co- packing campaigns, planning export and import, as well as packaging materials and raw materials, and many more.

Internships at Kompania Piwowarska typically last from 4 to 12 months. Unpaid internships at breweries.
