Małgorzata Lubelska – Vice President of Kompania Piwowarska takes on a new global role in Asahi Group’s European structure
As of June 1, 2024, Małgorzata Lubelska, currently holding the position of Vice President of Marketing at Kompania Piwowarska, will assume the new position of Category and Global Brands Director in the European structure of Asahi Group, the parent company of Kompania Piwowarska.
In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and implementing category development strategies and growing the global brands owned by the Group, collaborating with local markets across Europe as well as selected markets in America and Asia.

It is another step in my career, and I am particularly fascinated by the vast opportunities for expansion and further development of our brands across the markets, especially beyond Europe – comments Małgorzata Lubelska.
Małgorzata Lubelska joined Kompania Piwowarska as Vice President of Marketing last year in March. In this role, she has successfully pursued the company's strategic goals, particularly in the area of developing the premium brand portfolio and non-alcoholic beer segment, leading digital transformation, and increasing the effectiveness of marketing expenditure. She has proved herself to be a highly effective, experienced and passionate marketing expert. Additionally, Małgorzata plays a significant role in shaping industry standards; she serves as the chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Advertising Council and is actively involved in the Customer Advisory Board at Meta.
Małgorzata started her career at PepsiCo in 1995, followed by 11 years of work at Heineken, performing various global and local marketing functions. She has been twice recognized with the Marketing Director of the Year title, received numerous industry awards, and served as a jury member for the EFFIE Awards in Poland, Europe and globally.
Kompania Piwowarska is part of Asahi Europe & International, which since November 2020 encompasses 19 breweries across 8 European countries. AE&I is owned by Asahi Group Holdings, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which operates in the beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and food segments, holding leading positions in various markets across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
