Kompania Piwowarska with the best score in the FMCG sector in Poland in the Randstad research

Employment stability, attractive remunerations and benefits, type of tasks and responsibility are the top rated factors among the participants of the Randstad Employer Brand ranking. They earned Kompania Piwowarska the first place among the best and most desired employers. It is the second distinction of that type in a row for the leader of the beer industry in Poland.   

The Randstad Employer Brand Research captures the opinion of the general public. It has been carried out not only in Poland, but also in 33 other countries, based on the opinion of 185,000 responders. Their job is to evaluate 30 randomly selected but familiar companies. On the basis of this research, a ranking is created for a particular country, identifying the most attractive employers.

This year’s edition of the research evaluated 150 companies from across Poland. This year, Kompania Piwowarska dominated the list of top ranked FMCG companies in Poland for the second time in a row. The key factors that earned the beer producer such a spectacular result were: employment stability, attractive remunerations and benefits, type of tasks and responsibility. The list of other business aspects evaluated in the research included: nice work atmosphere, taking care of the environment/society, the latest technology.
