Gold medal for Tyskie 0.0% at the Good Beer 2021 competition

Tyskie 0.0% received a gold medal in the non-alcoholic beer category at the professional brewing competition Good Beer 2021. Over nine editions of the competition, Kompania Piwowarska’s beers have been recognized 22 times.  

Good Beer is the most important beer competition in Poland. It is intended for producers and distributors commercially offering beer on the Polish market. Composed of professional beer judges and sensory experts with long-term experience in the field of evaluation of beer, this year’s jury recognized Tyskie 0.0% in the non-alcoholic beer category. The jurors evaluated the look, taste, aroma, bitterness and general impression. This year, beers were assessed in 16 categories. The non-alcoholic beer category saw 11 submissions – while there were only two medals awarded: gold and bronze.   

– This competition is the only opportunity to subject our beers to a strict assessment of beer experts and verify whether our good opinion about our own products corresponds with the opinion of experts. Therefore, this gold medal for Tyskie 0.0% and all the other medals awarded to our beers in the previous editions prove that our products are world-class, just like the work of our brewers – commented Łukasz Kling, Tyskie Brand Manager.  

In the previous editions of Good Beer, Kompania Piwowarska’s beers have received 21 medals in total, while 17 of them went to different variants of Ksiażęce.

The competition is open for all breweries – small, big, craft and industrial, which ensures equal chances for both craft beers and Poland’s most popular brands.

This year’s edition of the Good Beer competition took place on September 13 in Rzeszów, during the Polish Brewing Congress.
