Changes in Kompania Piwowarska’s Management Board
On January 1, 2023, Michał Mrowiec, current Vice President of Finance at Kompania Piwowarska, will become the Chief Executive Officer at Ursus Breweries in Romania, which is a part of Asahi Europe & International.
Michał Mrowiec joined Kompania Piwowarska in December 2015. Throughout his career, he significantly contributed to the company’s transformation and increased profitability in Poland, by implementing a new commercial strategy. Prior to joining the Polish business of Asahi Europe & International, as Commercial Director at Coca-Cola HBC in Poland and Vice President of Sales at Unilever, he supervised many commercially successful transformation initiatives. Michał Mrowiec holds an MBA from the University of Economics in Katowice.
At the same time, on January 1, 2023, Krzysztof Bieliński will take the position of Vice President of Sales at Kompania Piwowarska.
Krzysztof Bieliński stared working at Kompania Piwowarska in 2004 as a financial controller. Over the next years, he gained experience in the following areas: strategy and insight planning, revenue management. He also has one year of experience at an international level – he led the SAP implementation process in the sales area. Another stage of his development was leading the sales development department, and then regional sales. Over the last years, Krzysztof Bieliński worked as Key Account Director, and since September 2021 as Strategy Planning Director.
