“Capital Party” – Captain Jack’s new spot and communication platform
A new communication platform of the Captain Jack brand has just been launched, accompanied by an advertising spot titled “Capital Party”. The rum flavoured beer throws a party that resembles the type of fun we had had before the pandemic – not only an intimate house party, but also a thrilling trip across city hotspots and night clubs.
Even though many of the restrictions enforced due to the pandemic have been lifted, our lives have not fully returned to normality yet. Especially in terms of how we spend our free time – we are still cautious when it comes to parties (as we should!), and at the same time night clubs and discos remain closed.
In this situation, Captain Jack’s new spot can be considered a reminder of the crazy parties from a few months back, accompanied by the rum flavoured beer, as well as a preview of what is about to come. In “Capital Party”, the pirate brand takes young people on an adventure and opens up the doors to places, where they can have fun. The cheeky parrot known from the label serves as their guide on a trip that starts at a house party and ends in a club, leading them them through a city full of entertainment and a labyrinth of attractions.
– After many weeks of restrictions, we are longing for normality and casual contact with other people, missing our old habits. Captain Jack’s new commercial shows what – hopefully – will soon return, meaning going out with friends, memorable moments, joy and carefree attitude. We believe that our parrot will still rock many more capital parties, inspire many more party enthusiast and help find many more treasures – says Izabela Ciupińska, responsible for the brand at Kompania Piwowarska.
The „Capital Party” spot made its debut on August 1 and constitutes an element of Captain Jack’s new communication platform. Besides being broadcast on TV channels, it will be supported across social media, VOD platforms and Spotify. The concept was created by the Grandes Kochonos agency and executed by Kuba Michalczuk (direction), OTO Film (production) and Platige Image (postproduction). Media purchase and planning was taken care of by the Zenith media house, while social media activities are carried out by the Hand Made agency.
