Beer season launched with the “Żubr przegania żywiec” campaign
Żubr by Kompania Piwowarska enters the season with a proper bang, launching a new campaign emphasizing the guardian role played by the King of the Forest. That way, the brand alludes to its basic archetype, using humour and distance towards itself and the surrounding.
The advertising spot, which is the main campaign carrier, depicts the meeting between Żubr and “żywiec”, which in Polish translates to livestock, but at the same time is the name of Kompania Piwowarska main competitor, the Żywiec brand.
– Today’s world is full of unstable emotions and unpredictable events, but people can always count on Żubr! The new spot tells the story of Żubr who, as the guardian of the forest, good host and protector of the weak, ensures order and safety even in the most challenging moments. This time Żubr ensures peace and quiet for a herd of farm animals – says Michał Szczerba, Żubr Brand Manager.
The advertising activities will be mainly executed on TV, the internet, including social media channels, and in cooperation with online content creators.
The concept for the spot was developed by PZL, production was delivered by Moon Films, sound by Juice, postproduction by Platige Image. Digital and PR activities were prepared by Huta 19 im. Joachima Fersengelda. Media planning and buying is the responsibility of Zenith owned by Publicis Groupe.
