Kompania of Volunteers

Kompania of Volunteers, our employee volunteering programme, was created thanks to and for volunteers who, out of the kindness of their hearts, want to make the world a better place by helping people and caring for the planet.

These volunteers – employees of Kompania Piwowarska – are reliable, always full of energy, and support institutions and non-governmental organizations by sharing their time and skills. Kompania Piwowarska enables them to take action, even during working hours, providing organizational and financial support.

The largest employee volunteering project at Kompania Piwowarska is our participation in the Noble Gift initiative, which we joined in 2016. In this year's 21st edition, nearly 1,700 employees got involved in helping those in need, while their work was coordinated by 57 leaders. During the Weekend of Miracles, holiday gifts from Kompania Piwowarska were handed over to 57 families in need.

– Every year, the Noble Gift is a special event in our company. Despite the challenges related to the Covid-19 pandemic, our employees once again wholeheartedly committed to the project, achieving even better results than in previous editions. This year, leaders and their teams dedicated 2,114 hours to shopping, packing and delivering 876 packages for those in need.

Our volunteers support local communities and non-governmental organizations throughout the year. In addition to the Noble Gift, this includes programs such as Bet on Move, encouraging employees to engage in sports activities. As part of this initiative, the kilometres covered by volunteers during various sports activities are converted into financial support for people with mobility impairments.
