14.05.2018
All materials are intended for adults over the age of 18 only and should not be passed on or made available to persons under the age of 18.

It’s the fifth edition of our Manufacturing Trainee Program aimed at 5th year technology students and technology graduates (biotechnology, food engineering, chemistry, chemical and process engineering, chemical technology etc.) to give them a chance to begin a paid internship at the brewing industry leader. The offer is intended for people with less than 2 years of professional experience.
The internship programme allows the participants to gain precious knowledge over 18 months spent in different areas of the brewery: production, brewing, bottling technology and quality control. It begins with general introduction and ends with execution of independent projects and their evaluation. Additionally, particular stages of the internship will be developed individually under the watchful eye of a dedicated mentor. Finally, a promising intern might get a chance to begin their career within the company structures.
Besides specific technological education, Kompania Piwowarska expects the candidates to present: advanced English speaking and writing skills (B2/C1), excellent interpersonal skills, leadership talent, ability to adapt quickly in changing conditions, and above all readiness to take on new challenges and initiatives, flexibility and focus on development.
– It becomes more and more difficult to find qualified employees, therefore it’s so important for us to invest in young people. By giving them a chance to gain essential skills under the wing of brewery masters, we provide them with key professional qualifications – says Małgorzata Gudalewska, HR Manager at the Dojlidy Brewery in Bialystok.
We accept submissions until May 25. More information can be found in the registration form at www.pracuj.pl.
