The Museum of Tyskie Browary Książęce 20% cheaper 
with tickets issued by the Silesian rail carrier, Koleje Śląskie

Koleje Śląskie together with the Museum of Tyskie Browary Książęce and 27 other museums within the region launched a campaign called “Kolej na Muzea”. Between June and September 2018, people travelling with tickets issued by the Silesian rail carrier will be able to visit chosen museums and galleries at a lower price. 

Discounted tickets for brewery tours at Tyskie Browary Książęce will be available for purchase for everyone who will present a valid Koleje Śląskie ticket including the station in Tychy. Every ticket will be accepted at the Museum of Tyskie Browary Książęce for 30 days.

– Thanks to the “Kolej na Muzea” campaign, the residents of Silesia can find out about many interesting places that are within their reach, including Tyskie Browary Książęce – says Marta Andreasik, responsible for the visitors centre at Kompania Piwowarska. – Additionally, the 20% discount for entry tickets makes visiting our brewery even more accessible.

The campaign encompasses 28 museums and galleries from the Silesian voivodeship. Besides the Museum of Tyskie Browary Książęce, visitors can explore the City Museum of Tychy and Muzeum Śląskie in Katowice, which is one of the initiators of the idea. The event map also includes interesting museums and galleries from smaller towns, and the promotion and holiday atmosphere make them all worth visiting.

– Thanks to the engagement of many different entities, the campaign covers almost our whole region – from Żywiec to Tarnowskie Góry, from Gliwice to Oświęcim, from Częstochowa to Cieszyn. We are proud that Koleje Śląskie are the common denominator here – says Wojciech Dinges, President of Koleje Śląskie. – We hope that because of that the cultural offer in our voivodeships will become more accessible and public transport more popular – he adds.
