Development

We believe that people development is the foundation of a company's success. That's why we focus on training, certifications and clear career paths from day one - both inside and outside the sales structure. In addition to an induction program providing first-day support and KP Intro training, employees in sales can count on:

  • Sales Intro

This is the first stage of your path in sales. With Sales Intro, you’ll learn how to sell and negotiate effectively, learn about our systems and tools, and receive practical tips on how to operate in the field.

  • Certification

Every Sales Representative participates in a program to prepare for certification. It’s a combination of training and real-world experience working with customers – and at the end you earn a certificate that proves your competence.

  • Sales Academy

This is an extensive development program consisting of workshops, training and market visits. It is led by experienced KP managers who share not only theory, but above all practice. Participation in the Academy is a natural continuation of
    KP Intro and Sales Intro.

  • Aware Driver Program

We care about you not only as a specialist, but also as a driver. The “Conscious Driver” program teaches responsible and safe driving – because your safety is our priority.
