Supply Chain Jobs

We are the largest producer of beer in Poland, which is brewed in Białystok, Poznań and Tychy. As part of our supply chain management, we take care of every step of the journey of Tyskie, Żubr, Lech and many other Poles' favorite beers - from raw materials to the finished product in the hands of consumers.

The combination of these two elements guarantees our employees the opportunity to work on large international projects and the largest local brands that we create from A to Z in Poland.

  • 11.7 million hl
That’s how much beer we produce annually
  • 800 people
Work in Kompania Piwowarska’s supply chain
  • 41,000 pallets

  • Warehouse logistics

These include warehousing and its development, distribution of products, and maintaining the best possible organization of work on each hall. Warehousing also involves the storage and stacking of beer and packaging in a well-defined manner, but also materials with special requirements such as labels, films and commercial materials.

Imagine your job making sure the best beer gets into the hands of consumers on time and in perfect condition. That’s what our Forklift Operators and Operators do – they’re the ones who make sure every shipment is perfectly prepared and warehouses run like a well-oiled machine.

Using Linde forklifts, we load and unload trucks, deliver packaging and auxiliary materials straight to bottling lines, place products in warehouses and pick up finished beer from production.

Here everything happens on the move, and you are part of the team that keeps your hand in.

The proper operation of the warehouse is supported by warehouse references

This is where logistics meets organization and precision. In this team, we make sure that every delivery, every document and every pallet of beer has its place in our system. It’s up to your work to make sure the supply chain runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Demand planning team

Demand planning is the process of predicting how much beer and packaging will be needed in the market. It is by analyzing data, trends and customer feedback that our team is able to make accurate forecasts. We use the latest technologies, such as big data and artificial intelligence, to align production and distribution with real needs.

The forecasts we create are the basis for planning production, supply and delivery – thanks to them we avoid excesses and shortages, ensuring that our beer always goes where it is expected.

  • Distribution planning team

Our team ensures that packaging is always ready for production and beer stocks are available to customers in Poland and abroad. We create daily and weekly plans, monitor warehouses, manage beer age and packaging rotation. We also schedule deliveries to co-packers and pickups of repackaged beer – all to ensure that every customer gets exactly what they need, on time and in perfect condition.

  • Transport and distribution planning department

It is this team that coordinates the day-to-day work of our fleet and carriers to ensure that beer reaches customers on time and in the right quantity, while optimizing costs.

Every day, our trucks serve as many as 657 delivery points, covering 28 million kilometers a year and completing nearly 750 loads a day. As a result, 97% of our deliveries are full trucks, and 70% of orders are completed within 24 hours. This is where logistical precision combines with passion to ensure that our beer is always where it needs to be.

  • Customer service office

This is where we make sure our customers feel supported every step of the way. The Customer Service team handles order processing, complaints, special actions, handling paperwork, invoices and adjustments, as well as receiving packaging and implementing customer projects. These are the people who build lasting relationships and support our company in providing the best quality services and products.

Loading, unloading, order picking and warehouse processes at the bottling lines are handled by specialized teams, supported by the warehouse development department.
