All materials are intended for adults over the age of 18 only and should not be passed on or made available to persons under the age of 18.

Książęce Beer Academy is a unique project created with bartenders and waiters in mind Only the best of them were invited to take part in this prestigious, free training. It is a unique opportunity to boost one’s professional qualifications regarding beer knowledge, beer serving, and pairing it with food. For the third time now, the workshops will be hosted by beer experts Maciej Chołdrych and Kuba Wolski.
The Czech Serving Academy, on the other hand, is an excellent opportunity to strengthen one’s bartending skills. Classes and competitions are focused on Czech serving, which bartenders can experience while working with favorite Czech beers – Pilsner Urquell and Kozel. The Academy’s workshops are invariably conducted by Sławek Fridel and Marcin Ostrowski.
In total, only 480 people will take part in the workshops of each Academy in Poland! By November, Książęce Beer Academy will have visited 12 largest cities in Poland and the Czech Serving Academy – 11 ones.
The classes consist of an educational part and a spectacular competition. You can experience both during the next event in Bialystok:
Kompania Piwowarska, the organizer of the Academy, for years has been turning pouring and serving beer into true art. In the Grand Finale of Książęce Beer Academy (9 December) and Czech Serving Academy (10 December) the organizers prepared attractive cash prizes.
