What is the recruitment process like?

Recruitment for the Go Graduates program is designed to not only assess the experience of candidates, but also to learn about their attitude, potential and readiness to develop as future leaders. The process consists of several complementary stages - each of which allows us to get to know applicants better and make decisions in a thoughtful and objective manner.t

    Submitting applications and analyzing resumes

    After submitting the application, we analyze whether the candidate(s) meets the basic formal requirements and whether the professional profile shows that this is the person we are looking for for the program - with the potential to grow in a leadership role.

    Initial interview and cognitive ability test

    At this stage, the first interview with the recruiter takes place, during which we deepen information about your experience, expectations and motivation. In addition, we invite you to take a numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning test. This will allow us to assess your cognitive potential.

    Recruitment meeting with recruiter and mentor

    Those who pass the initial stages will be invited to meet with a recruiter and a future mentor and supervisor in the program.

    This is an excellent opportunity to have a deeper conversation about experience, work style and fit with the organization's values.

    Recruitment meeting and OPQ personality test

    Those with a recommendation after the first meeting will be invited to a meeting - this time with the area director and HR Business Partner. Prior to the interview, candidates fill out a professional personality questionnaire, which allows us to better understand their natural predispositions, the way they operate and their style of working in a team.

    Optional recruitment task/case study*.

    In some cases - when you want to be sure of your decision - the candidate(s) may be given a practical task (such as a case study). This is an additional way to demonstrate your skills in a specific context.

    Deciding on eligibility for the program

    After completion of all stages, we make a decision and contact each person participating in the recruitment.
