It’s time for another edition of summer internships at Kompania Piwowarska. The offer awaits all students who are not afraid of new challenges and ready to work during holidays. It includes almost all departments and company locations.
Summer internships are a great opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and learn about high standards implemented in the company that brews Poles’ favourite beers. The programme is open to students from almost every major, who will be able to choose from a wide range of departments. Moreover, the most promising participants will be invited for recruitment events within the company.
– During summer internships at our company, young people get a comprehensive development opportunity, by executing various projects and completing responsible tasks. However, what’s equally important is the fact that they will be able to meet our passionate employees, explore the fascinating world of beer and experience an amazing working atmosphere – says Izabela Marchlewicz, Talent Manager at Kompania Piwowarska.
The participants of the programme will spend 6 weeks at KP. Depending on the needs, every internship can be shortened to 4 weeks or extended until the end of summer holidays. It is also required that a candidate signs an internship agreement and is under 30 years of age.
The programme will encompass two stages: from July 2 to August 10 and from August 13 to September 21. Internship in one of three locations (Poznan, Tychy, Bialystok) will begin with an OHS training, so called Induction, and introduction to the specification of a particular department. Over the next few weeks, every intern will complete assigned tasks under the eye of a supervisor, who will be involved in the internship programme from the very beginning, including the recruitment stage. Besides Kompania Piwowarska’s projects, the participants will also get a chance to take part in internal company events and trainings.
