In our finance department, we combine precision of numbers with strategic thinking to support the growth and success of Kompania Piwowarska. We have one of the largest Finance Business Partnering teams in Poland, which works closely with various departments to support them in making effective business decisions. Our commercial finance team takes care of optimizing results, analyzing market trends and supporting the development of our brands. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) is responsible for financial planning, forecasting and data analysis, which helps us effectively achieve the company’s strategic goals. The revenue management team, on the other hand, manages pricing and promotions, ensuring that we maximize sales performance and profitability. A program for employees who are ready for cross-departmental challenges, which includes three 6-month rotations in different departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Production, Supply Chain). Participants complete projects with real business impact and present them before management. The program broadens perspective and prepares for more complex roles within the company.
