Igor Tikhonov

CEO

President of Kompania Piwowarska as of October 2018.

He has been involved in the FMCG sector all his professional life. He began his career in the beer industry in 2001 at SABMiller, where he served as sales director and then director of strategic development in Russia. In 2008, he was appointed general manager of the subsidiary in Ukraine, and four years later took over as general manager in Slovakia. In 2014, he headed Romania's Ursus Breweries, which, under his leadership, achieved market leadership in the Romanian beer market. For the past two years, he was also responsible for the company's development in the Hungarian market, where he became known as an experienced strategist.

Under his leadership, the company returned to growth and began generating record revenues.

James Smith

Vice President for Finance

James joined Kompania Piwowarska in April 2024, but has been with the UK part of Asahi since 2010.

Over the years, he has held many roles, including business partnerships for sales and supply chain, financial planning and analysis, and financial control, among others. He went on to serve as both CFO and General Manager at Meantime, and later as CFO of Asahi Holdings UK. From 2021 to 2024, James served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Asahi Europe & International in Prague.

Wojciech Bogusz

Vice President of Marketing

Adalbert joined Kompania Piwowarska in May 2024.

He is an experienced leader in the FMCG industry, with extensive experience from various markets and categories, as well as in managing international teams. He has successfully created strategies for a portfolio of global and local brands, as well as innovations that set new consumer trends. He began his career in marketing in 2005 at Reckitt, continuing at Danone, where he was responsible for brands such as Activia and Fantasia. From 2012, he was associated with the Żywiec Group, responsible for the Żywiec brand and then for global brands. The next step in his career within the Heinken structure was to take on the responsibilities of Heineken's European Brand Development Manager, before taking on the role of Marketing Director in Ireland in 2019.

Wojciech is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Krzysztof Bielinski

Vice President of Sales

In the position of Vice President of Sales since January 2023. He joined Kompania Piwowarska in 2004 as a financial controller and gained experience in the areas of strategy planning, insights and market research, as well as revenue management and pricing strategies. He also has experience from working at the European level, when he led the development of global SAP solutions in the sales area. In the subsequent stages of his career, he headed the sales development department, then regional sales, after taking the position of key account director for Kompania Piwowarska's largest sales channels. Krzysztof is a graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology.

Wojciech Molinski

Vice president for human resources

He has been with Kompania Piwowarska since 2008. Previously, he was, among other things, a member of the HR board at Volkswagen Poznań, and was also associated with Philips Lighting Poland and Wavin Metalplast-Buk. He has been working in the HR field since 1998, during which time he has dealt with a wide range of personnel, organizational, administrative and occupational health and safety issues and participated in key projects. He is a psychologist by education, a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin.He actively practices sports.

Guy Van Geel

Vice President for Technical Affairs

Vice President of Technical Affairs of Kompania Piwowarska as of September 2021.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the beverage industry and has extensive knowledge in manufacturing, technology, supply chain and product development. Among others, he worked for Khmer Beverages in Cambodia, where he served as technical director, and in a similar position for Heineken. He began working with Asahi Europe in February 2019, when he took on the role of technical director for Romania and Hungary. He played a key role in revitalizing the World Class Manufacturing system for the brewing process in these countries. He also launched a number of projects on: increasing production capacity at the Ursus brewery, achieving zero accidents, zero customer complaints and zero CO₂ emissions.

He is a graduate of the University of Brussels.

Dorota Peter

Supply chain director

She joined Kompania Piwowarska in October 2021 and took up the position of Supply Chain Director.

He has more than 26 years of professional experience in various supply chain positions, including demand and supply chain planning, customer logistics, logistics and commercial services in Poland and the Baltics.

She started working in the supply chain field in 1995 at Procter & Gamble, where she worked for 12 years. She then gained knowledge and experience at Thomson Technicolors and PKN Orlen. Before joining Kompania Piwowarska, she worked for eight years at Coca-Cola HBC Poland, holding the position of supply chain director for Poland and the Baltics and managing an international team in several locations. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.

Iwona Jacaszek-Pruś

Director of Corporate Affairs

He has headed the corporate department at Kompania Piwowarska since January 2017.

Previously, she spent 14 years with Coca-Cola HBC Poland, where she served as head of communications and public affairs and was a member of the Senior Management Team.

She has been involved in public relations, communications and reputation management for almost 30 years, including in industries considered difficult or sensitive beginning with her work at British American Tobacco Poland since 1999. Prior to that, she was professionally associated with the think tank Institute for Market Economy Research in Gdansk, Poland, and then the global reputation management firm Burson-Marsteller. In 2005-2016, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of REKOPOL SA Recovery Organization, where she served as chairman from 2008. In 2004-2016, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers, and in 2008 she became Vice President. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Union of Brewing Industry Employers - Polish Breweries.
