1st edition of Lech Polish Hip-Hop Music Awards in numbers
The format, which was unprecedented for the world of Polish Hip-Hop, has attracted 4,000 spectators to the capital city of Lower Silesia. The organizers of the LPHHMA gala managed to combine artistic performances with an award-giving ceremony in 18 categories, including the Debut, Album and Collaboration of the Year.
Prior to the event, promotional materials were distributed online, including the “Czarna Wołga. Cichy&Mały” mini-series and “Nagroda” videoclip, which were watched by 3 million people in total. Additionally, a few days ago, on the Polish Hip-Hop Music Awards channel, an official aftermovie from the event was published.

That’s not the end!
Besides the above-mentioned aftermovie, concert versions of the artists’ performances recorded during the event will be released online. The musical background for the rappers was provided by Witold Lutosławski Symphony Orchestra of Płock conducted by Jacek Piskorz. The first videoclip will premiere soon. What about next year?
– The first edition of Lech Polish Hip-Hop Music Awards is behind us, and it turned out to be a huge success and a great celebration for the entire industry. Confirming that the event will be cyclical, we begin working on the next edition. We want it to be even more spectacular and attractive for the audiences, performing artists and winners. I am glad that together with the Lech brand owned by Kompania Piwowarska – the tile partner for the event – we managed to create a high-quality, worthwhile event that was needed in the music industry – says Marcin Siwek, LPHHMA organizer.
