All materials are intended for adults over the age of 18 only and should not be passed on or made available to persons under the age of 18.

Clothing, household appliances, cleaning supplies, food and toys – these were mainly the items included in the packages prepared for those in need by over 800 volunteers – the employees of Kompania Piwowarska. Additionally, the volunteers financed other needs, such as installing front doors, which allowed a struggling family to spend the holidays in a warm atmosphere. Tailored support adapted to the beneficiaries’ needs makes the families we help feel that someone remembers about them and believes that they will be able to stand on their own feet.
Under the leadership of 60 leaders, the team of volunteers from Kompania Piwowarska dedicated nearly 2,800 hours to purchasing, packing, and delivering close to 1,000 support packages for families who found themselves in a difficult situation. Their selfless commitment and dedicated time are evidence of solidarity and care for others, making a significant contribution to improving the living conditions of those in need of support.
– We have been supporting this extraordinary project for eight years now. Despite the difficulties of the recent years marked by various challenges, which many of us are facing, our employees do not forget about those whose lives are most affected. With full dedication, we are once again joining the Noble Gift initiative to deliver the most needed items to selected families during the Weekend of Miracles. Over these eight editions, volunteers from our company have prepared packages with a total value of over 2.2 million zlotys, helping more than 460 families – comments Małgorzata Walędzińska-Półtorak, Sustainable Development Program Manager at Kompania Piwowarska.
For years, the company has been running a corporate volunteering program called “Kompania of Volunteers”. Last year, in addition to the Noble Gift, Kompania Piwowarska also supported the activities of the Information Centre of the WIOSNA Association and the Solidarity Package – a project aimed at people who found shelter in Poland before the war in Ukraine. Kompania Piwowarska’s employees engage in many volunteering projects within their communities, and the company supports these activities in two ways: by providing financial grants for projects and by allowing employees to take two fully paid days off for volunteering per year. As the leader of the beer industry in Poland, the company also supports other initiatives and organizations that provide assistance to people and the planet, including foundations such as the Centre for Women’s Rights, Nasza Ziemia, Dom w Łodzi, Dialog, Cicha Nadzieja, Barka and many others.
The Noble Gift is a nationwide social project that has been consistently organised by the WIOSNA Association since 2001. The mission of the Association is to combat poverty in Poland. The essence of this campaign is not only to provide material assistance but also to shape social attitudes – responsibility, empathy and understanding for fellow human beings.
