– This distinction is particularly important to us because people are the greatest value of our company, as they create it. The result of this survey reassures us that we are successfully executing our mission. We care about diversity across the company and want our employees to feel safe, supported by us in every aspect of their lives, and able to develop and achieve their ambitions – commented Wojciech Moliński, Vice President of HR at Kompania Piwowarska.
The leader of the brewing industry in Poland offers its employees various opportunities to develop and execute interesting projects, as well as launch innovative market solutions. This is confirmed by the high engagement scores achieved in the annual employee opinion survey.
Kompania Piwowarska provides its people with a wide range of benefits, including medical care for the employees and their family members, life insurance, and the MyBenefit program, as part of which the company regularly credits employees’ accounts. Through this platform, employees can pay for MultiSport cards, tickets to the cinema, theatre, concerts or sports events and much more.
Furthermore, Poland’s leading beer producer offers programs such as “How Are You,” covering areas of mental and physical health, and “Bet On Move,” which encourages sports competition. The company runs preventive campaigns and provides access to specialists in various fields, such as psychology and dietetics. It also supports initiatives related to diversity, nutrition, physical activity and emotional management.
On top of that, Kompania Piwowarska’s employees receive numerous non-wage benefits fully funded by the company. These include extended paternity leave, additional days off for parents who have lost a child due to miscarriage, extra days for infertility treatment and additional leave in the event of a family member’s death. These and other measures support work-life balance and help people take care of their physical and mental health.
