I have read the information on the processing of personal data contained in the application:
The administrator of the personal data of persons sending the application through the contact form is Kompania Piwowarska S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Emilii Plater 53. The administrator has appointed a Personal Data Inspector, who can be contacted by sending an e-mail to rodo@asahibeer.pl or using the Personal Data form, as well as at ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw.
The personal data referred to in paragraph 1 above will be processed for:
 
a) responding to the submitted request, being the realization of the legitimate interest of KP S.A., in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
b) possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of the legitimate interest of KP S.A. consistent with the above purpose, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
 
Personal data may be made available to recipients of the data, i.e. persons and entities authorized under separate regulations, as well as persons and entities cooperating with KP S.A. within the framework of concluded agreements on cooperation with KP S.A., if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in paragraph 1. 2. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization. Personal data will be processed for no longer than necessary for the due fulfillment of the purposes specified in paragraph 2 above. After this period, the personal data will be deleted. The data subject has the right:
 
a) to request from the Administrator access to personal data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict their processing, the right to object to their processing and the right to data portability;
b) to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if it considers that the processing of personal data concerning it violates the provisions on personal data protection;
c) if the processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
 
Providing personal data in terms of email address or telephone number is a necessary condition for responding to the submitted request. The data subject is required to provide an email address or telephone number, and the consequence of failing to do so will be the inability to receive a response to the submitted request.
 
The scope of the processed information includes personal data in terms of name, surname, email address/phone number and other data contained in the content of the message.
 
The processing of personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO.
