We are building a future we can be proud of
In our company, we focus not only on the present, but also on the future.
All materials are intended for adults over the age of 18 only and should not be passed on or made available to persons under the age of 18.

In our company, we focus not only on the present, but also on the future.

We are striving for carbon neutrality and a significant reduction in emissions throughout the value chain. Electricity at our breweries comes entirely from renewable energy sources
The undisputed climate changes we are facing affect everyone’s lives. Since their main cause is high carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, we feel obligated to reduce them in our breweries and achieve carbon neutrality. This is our most important commitment, which we are carrying out with future generations in mind.

By 2030, we are committed to using less than 2.75 liters of water per liter of beer brewed at each of our breweries.
In the face of intensifying climate change, we are acting with a sense of special responsibility to protect water resources. In line with our Better Future 2030 strategy, we are consistently striving to reduce water consumption at our breweries, which is expected to reach 2.75 liters per liter of beer by the end of this decade. To this end, we are introducing innovative technologies and improving production processes. An example of such measures is the water cascading project, which allows us to reuse water from production processes for technical purposes, such as washing equipment, cleaning rooms or cooling machinery.
We are also working with community partners engaging in support of climate change adaptation efforts and improving local water relations in Wielkopolska.

We sell our products in packaging that fully complies with closed-loop principles. By 2023. 100% of our packaging to be returnable or recyclable
44% of our beer is sold in reusable packaging, i.e. returnable bottles and kegs, known as KEGs. Packaging is essential to securing the highest quality beer we deliver to our consumers. We want to build a future in which we sell our products in packaging that fully complies with closed-loop principles.

Together with naturalists, we buy up land for national parks and support endangered species

We carry out activities to encourage responsible alcohol consumption, by which we mean moderation and abstaining from alcohol in certain situations.

We are developing the category of non-alcoholic beers as a great alternative to alcohol, e.g. while driving, playing sports.
Part of our strategy is to encourage consumers to choose non-alcoholic beers as an alternative for drivers and for those who do not want or cannot drink alcohol. For many years we have been increasing the share of non-alcoholic beers in Kompania Piwowarska’s portfolio by constantly introducing new products. We are planning further development of the category and aim to make non-alcoholic and low-alcohol (up to 3.5% alcohol) beers account for 15% of our offer by 2030. Such a direction is our response to changes in consumption patterns and an expression of awareness and responsibility for consumer health and safety.

We help people at risk of social exclusion and care for the environment especially near our breweries.
We support people at risk of social exclusion and take care of the environment around our breweries. We prioritize the welfare of the community and help those in need. We provide financial support to local and national causes, motivating our employees to be socially active. We support non-governmental organizations involved in social activities, especially those that support people in difficult life situations.
The Volunteer Company’s employee volunteer program was created by and for volunteers who, out of the need of their hearts, want to change the world for the better by helping people and caring for the planet.

These days can be used for:
Volunteers offer their work, skills and time, and Kompania Piwowarska covers the costs of carrying out volunteer activities. We attach great importance not only to creating opportunities for self-realization for employees, but also to integrating them and developing their teamwork skills – this is also what our volunteering serves.
